The Clary SP1000™ Traffic UPS delivers Power Conditioning and Battery Backup for the following applications:

The SP1000™ Traffic UPS serves three important functions:

1. Power Conditioning. Lightning spikes, transients and line noise will burn through and degrade electronic devices over time. But loads connected to the continuous output of the SP1000™ get 24 hour protection from dirty power as well as regulating against sags (brownouts) and surges, thus reducing premature failure and improving equipment performance.
2. Backup power for flashing red signals, up to the maximum power rating, for any type of signal heads. (See table on products page under Outpost™ Batteries). Additional batteries can provide up to 12 hours of autonomy.
3. Continuous (Battery) Power to your signal controller, modems, video and other critical devices.
